We’re Moving – Announcement from the Company Director

Rossells Locksmiths are moving premises! As of Monday 22nd August, we will be trading from our brand new building at 6a Heanor Street, Leicester, LE1 4DB.

Our new premises gives us three times the space, dedicated customer parking and purpose built facilities to continue providing the specialist security services for our ever increasing portfolio of customers.

I’m so proud that the whole team have been involved in the design process of the new building, and we’ve had two specific goals in mind. A) Provide a relaxed, informative environment for our customers to visit, with easy access and plentiful parking. B) Create an efficient and feature rich workspace for our team to enjoy and bring out their best. We believe we’ve achieved this, and we can’t wait to invite our customers along to experience it for themselves.

We will be locking our London Road shop doors for the last time on Friday 19th August 2016 at 3:00pm, and Rossells will start the new chapter of its life in the new premises on Monday 22nd August 2016 at 8:30am.

The decision to leave the historic home for over 80 years of Rossells was a difficult one, and I personally reassure you, it has not been taken lightly. Rossells, as a company has evolved with our customers’ needs, and we are simply unable to continue our steady growth, and still maintain our excellent customer service whilst operating from the London Road premises.

There are many other factors that have influenced the decision to move, and I urge any customers with questions or concerns to contact me directly at the office.

I’d also be delighted if you customers will join us for a tea or coffee at the new place once we’re settled in.

This is the new chapter for Rossells, and I’m really excited about what the future holds.
