Multi Tenant Building Access Control

Rossells provide a unique hosted access control system, developed for landlords and managing agents to allow easy control of communal areas in multi-tenant buildings. Single, or multiple doors are secured using fob access control, linked to our servers via any available internet service. Fobs can be deactivated at any time, and new fobs issued upon request. Full audit logs or user, and door activity can be requested at any time, delivered in CSV or PDF format. Email notifications can also be sent for door held open and door forced events.

Additional Fobs

New user tokens are delivered by post, or collected from our city centre trade counter.

Door Held Open Alerts

Be informed when a door has been pinned open for longer than 60 seconds.

Instant User Removal

Instantly remove lost, or compromised fobs from accessing the building. Maintain full security at all times, without any site programming visits.

Door Forced Alarms

When a door is opened without the use of a valid fob, or the internal push to exit button, it is assumed there has been a security breach. Notification of the alarm will be sent by email.

Audit Reports

Full audit reports are available upon request, detailing user, and door events. These are delivered by email as PDF or CSV format attachments.

Barrier and Gate Integration

Our systems integrate fully with car park barriers and gates to ensure consistent security control using the same user tokens. Long range, button user remotes are also available.

The new access control system looks to save us hundreds of pounds a year on engineer visits to add and delete fobs, along with the live information about doors being pinned open, and potential break in attempts. New fobs are sent straight to new tenants, so our involvement in the process is minimal. A system that saves us time, money and increases security, I wish we had this many years ago.
