AIS Total Security – Help for customers



Rossells are reaching out to customers of AIS Total Security who are realising they have gone out of business, and their systems are no longer monitored, or service engineers available to resolve faults. Our engineers have worked alongside their team to support local alarm customers in Leicester who required urgent assistance, and we’re all very disappointed to learn of their demise.


It’s sad to see a security company that we knew so well fall upon bad times, and we will be looking to support their employees wherever we can.

For customers who are left without service, especially within the Leicestershire borders, Rossells are offering immediate assistance and preferential rates to ensure security systems are not compromised by this situation.


The process of taking over a customers site from AIS Security Ltd is quite simple:

  1. We establish the grade of alarm system (this is usually Grade 2 or Grade 3)

  2. The number of detection devices in the premises will help us identify how long our engineers are going to spend carrying out a full service visits.

  3. If a system was monitored, then we can work to quickly transfer, or replace the communication devices to ensure any alarm events are signalled to keyholders, and / or the police where required.
