As we begin 2021 with fresh motivation and vigour, we are announcing some changes to our security services portfolio. Our Electronic security systems have organically grown from strength to strength over the last 10 years, and so have the company resources behind it. As a result, we’ve taken the difficult decision to no longer offer locksmith services to our customers, with affected staff naturally being moved over into our Electronic Security team.
“Although this is an exciting time for the teams involved, it is also a sad moment for me to be pivoting the company away from a service that has been part of the Rossells story for such a long period of time. I’m proud of what we do for our customers, and with a more direct focus for all our staff, it means we can provide even better security technologies to protect against the modern era of threats. I’m pleased to be offering further learning opportunities for our staff, and despite the difficulties of Covid, will be opening up more positions of employment throughout the new year.” Chris Bowles – Company Director
Our trade counter will continue to operate as normal providing keys and security products to the public and trade.
