On 30th of August 2016, PJ Alarms of Leicester were acquired by an international alarm giant, with all customers automatically transferred into a new contract. It was a sad day for the industry, as although a competitor to Rossells, we knew some of the team very well. Customers used P J Alarms because they were a local independent, with a strong reputation for customer service in the Leicester. Nobody can blame the two directors for selling the company to the highest bidder, however, it has left customers in a bit of a frustrated position that they’re now in the hands of a company that is at totally the opposite end of the spectrum.
We’d like to reach out to any customers who are keen to keep their business with a local provider. We have four friendly alarm engineers on our team, ready to provide a fast and speedy response to any issues with your alarm (24/7 coverage). Our admin team will take care of all arrangements when a yearly service is due, and our prices are very reasonable.
